Experimental study on the lubrication performance of swash plate compressor
In order to solve the problem of cooling efficiency reduction and potential fault due to improper lubricant charge of the swashplate compressor in the temperature control system of vehicle air conditioning system, the compressor was optimized according to the lubricant charging strategy in order to improve the operating efficiency and stability of the system. The problems that may be caused by insufficient or excessive lubricant charge was analyzed, and the specific effects of different lubricant charge on cooling performance under different compressor speeds were investigated.Through comparative tests,it is found that when the lubricant charge is precisely controlled in the range of 390±20 mL to 535±20 mL,the air conditioning system can maintain the optimal performance under variable working conditions and significantly reduce the risk caused by insufficient lubricant. The best ratio of lubricant to the refrigerant is about 12%,and a series of technical measures was proposed. These measures aim to improve the compressor reliability, and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the lubrication strategy of the swashplate compressor in wide engineering applications.
