Influence of bolt tightening coefficient on compressor cylinder deformation and experimental research
In order to improve the assembly process of the compressor, enhance the performance and reliability of the compressor,a precise electrical measurement method for obtaining the screw tightening torque coefficient was proposed.Combined with the characteristics of screw loading,an experimental study was conducted on the measurement method of the screw torque coefficient. The relative error between the experimental results and the theoretical results was only 0.86%.The results indicate that this electrical measurement method can eliminate the influence of factors such as temperature and bending moment on accuracy.A simulation analysis method was established to calculate the deformation of the cylinder wall under different bolt pretightening forces.Four measuring points,15 °,105 °,195 °,285 °,were used to measure the deformation of the cylinder under three different torques(9.5,11.5,and 13.5 N·m),and the error between the cylinder deformation and the experimental value was less than 10%.The research results have specific reference value for the design of high-performance compressors.
