Research on heat dissipation optimization of embedded refrigerator compressor warehouse
In view of the problem of poor heat dissipation effect of embedded refrigerator compressor warehouse,a combination of numerical simulation and experiment was used to study its heat dissipation.Firstly, the heat dissipation process of the embedded refrigerator compressor warehouse was simulated. The results show that the airflow on the back of the refrigerator enters the compressor warehouse again without sufficient heat dissipation to form a short-circuit airflow, and the total airflow entering the compressor warehouse due to the influence of the cabinet is reduced by 51.78%compared with the free state. Then, three optimization schemes for different applicable scenarios were proposed for the cause of poor heat dissipation effect, and the ventilation, energy consumption and refrigeration performance of each scheme were compared and studied. The results show that the three optimization schemes can improve the heat dissipation effect, but each has its own advantages and disadvantages. The total air volume of the optimization scheme is 3.9%,75.3%and 55.3%higher than that of the original embedding scheme, respectively. The experimental results show that at the ambient temperature of 32℃and 16℃,the energy consumption of the optimized scheme is reduced by 6.50%and 3.90%,23.03%and 25.07%,17.70%and 17.50%,respectively,compared with the original embedding scheme. The research results provide different solutions and references for the heat dissipation optimization of embedded refrigerator compressor warehouse in applicable scenarios.
