新时期高校档案人才队伍建设路径研究

摘要
高校档案是我国档案事业的重要组成部分,其高质量发展离不开一支政治立场坚定、职业价值观契合、学术技能适用、结构合理的高校档案人才队伍.从高校档案人才队伍现状及存在的主要问题出发,立足新时期背景分析加强高校档案人才队伍建设的必要性及建设目标,主张从强化政治站位、加大宣传力度、完善管理机制、健全培养体系四个方面加强新时期高校档案人才队伍建设.
Abstract
University archives is an important component of China's archival industry,and their high-quality development cannot be achieved without a team of university archives talents with a firm political stance,an aligned professional value,applicable academic skills and a reasonable structure.Starting from the current situation and main problems of the archives talent team in universities,this paper analyzes the necessity and construction goals of strengthening the construction of the archives talent team in universities under the background of the new era.It advocates to strengthen the construction of archives talent team in universities in the new era from four aspects:strengthening political standing,increasing publicity efforts,improving management mechanism and optimizing training system.
