Starting with the concept interpretation,this paper aims to sort out the academic interpretation and policy background of the three keywords of"red archives","empowerment"and"culture and tourism integration",and then draw out the connection of red archives empowering culture and tourism integration.This paper mainly introduces the practical strategies of red archives empowering the development of culture and tourism in terms of function deepening,brand building and form expansion.It supports the main thesis with rich cases and proposes the strategies and paths for the reference of archives departments of all levels in China.
