Research on the Inadequacy and Optimization Path of the Construction of the National Archives Query and Utilization Service Platform
With the rapid development of digital economy and the deepening of the construction of archives informatization,the National Archives Bureau has established a national archives query and utilization service platform in accordance with the construction concept of"one network for all archives query,inter-library linkage"to provide users with online cross-provincial archives query and utilization service.At present,the national archives query and utilization service platform is in the early stage of construction,and has made some achievements,but there are still some deficiencies in resource supply,digitization,network security and so on.Based on this,the author puts forward some suggestions for the construction of national archives query and utilization service platform from the aspects of scientifically carrying out the integration of people's livelihood archives resources,accelerating the process of archives open audit,relying on mature information technology,and optimizing the structure of staff,so as to provide help for the construction improvement and popularization and utilization of the platform.
