It is feasible and necessary to apply project management theory to the digitization construction of cadre personnel archives in colleges and universities.Through combining project management theory with the digitization practice of cadre personnel archives in colleges and universities,the paper starts from the two aspects of functional management elements and process management elements,and constructs the digital project management framework of cadre personnel archives in colleges and universities from the perspective of project management.It combs the work practice for reflection,and provides reference for the digitization of cadre personnel archives in colleges and universities.
