Research on Archival Data Governance for Smart Archives
The construction of smart archives proposes reference framework,capacity assessment,governance models and other business standards for archival data governance through interactive operation,model construction,technology introduction and interface specification,etc.In order to further study the data governance situation under the mode of smart archives and put forward the new opportunities and design ideas of archival data governance,the paper discusses the accessibility of the mutual integration of smart archives and data governance from the perspective of brand value,improvement of service pattern and security panorama,and fiinally improves feasible strategies for archival data governance from the aspects of preliminary planning,collaborative co-creation,strategic transformation and literacy improvement,with a view to providing reference for the industry's standardization of data services and application guidelines.
