With the development of new media technology,the cultivation of archival science talents is faced with the dilemma of lack of support of new technology,lack of innovative teaching resources and single teaching mode.Under the new media environment,archival science colleges should reform curriculum setting,introduce new technologies and ideas,improve teaching mode,vigorously promote the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen exchanges with advanced technologies at home and abroad,enrich teaching resources,improve teachers,guide students to exert greater innovation potential,strengthen students'practical and innovative ability,improve the training level of archival science talents and give full play to the role of archival science in the new media era.
