The construction of archives informatization is the inevitable way for archival work to move towards openness and modernization.Taking CRAFT,a major scientific and technological infrastructure project,as an example,this paper sums up the main ideas,principles and experiences of the construction of electronic archives management system from the perspective of demand analysis,system module design and access control.At the same time,some ideas and suggestions are put forward for system improvement and optimization,providing reference for future major scientific and technological infrastructure.
