Abstract
Universities can expand their talent cultivation,disciplinary research,social services,cultural inheritance,and foreign exchange and cooperation work by integrating their own resources and undertaking outsourcing projects for archival services,while also obtaining certain income from them.The paper investigates and analyzes the market demand,laws and regulations,and contracting qualifications to prove the possibility that universities can undertake archival service outsourcing projects through their own efforts.
