The transformation from traditional archives to intelligent archives is an inevitable choice in the era of artificial intelligence.In this paper,taking artificial intelligence technology as the starting point,the transformational role of artificial intelligence technology in the intelligent archives utilization service is discussed,and the information technology ecological structure of the intelligent archives utilization service is reconstructed.On this basis,the basic dimensions of the evaluation indicator system for the effectiveness of archives utilization service are proposed in combination with the characteristics of the AI+intelligent archives utilization service.The framework of the evaluation indicator system is preliminarily constructed to provide reference for the intelligent archives to evaluate the effectiveness of AI technology in the utilization of services.
