Celebrity archives resources are of importance significance for the development of China's archival undertaking and social civilization.Under the background of archives governance,it has become an important issue that archives departments must face that we should sort out the archives resources of celebrities,strengthen their development and utilization,and improve the level of archival work.Through the analysis of the celebrity archives resources in Suzhou and their governance status,this paper finds many problems existing in the governance process of celebrity archives in Suzhou in terms of resources collection,governance subject,utilization way and product development.Then it puts forward corresponding strategies to promote the development and utilization of celebrity archives resources:strengthening collection,improving the rules and regulations of celebrity archives,multi-subject cooperation and exchange,realizing diversified collaborative governance,rich media technology application,improving the efficiency of smart governance,and developing"people-oriented"celebrity archives products.
