摘要
社交媒体的应用能够实现档案信息的实时更新,强化服务能力,进一步推动档案事业的高质量发展.从社交媒体的开放性、多元化和具有大量档案价值的记录三方面优势出发,对社交媒体环境下的档案信息整合服务、推送服务、知识服务、检索服务、宣传服务五个方面的服务方式进行研究,分析其对开展档案信息服务带来的积极影响.
Abstract
The application of social media can realize the real-time update of archival information,strengthen the service capability,and further promote the high-quality development of archives.Starting from three advantages of social media:openness,diversity and records with a large amount of archival value,the paper studies the service ways of archival information in the social media environment from fiive perspectives:integration service,push service,knowledge service,retrieval service and publicity service,and then analyzes the positive influence they bring on the development of archival information services.
