Research on Practice of the Special Audit of Cadre Personnel Archives——Taking Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an Example
The special audit work of cadre personnel archives(hereinafter referred to as"special audit"work)is an important part of cadre personnel archives work,which plays an important role in implementing the Party's principle of supervising cadres and building a high-level talent team.The paper firstly analyzes the problems and difficulties in the process of promoting the special audit work,and based on this,elaborates on the development situation and specific measures of the special audit work at Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Finally,the paper constructs the path to further improve the management efficiency of cadre personnel archives from five aspects:strengthening archives publicity and education,clarifying the role positioning,doing a good job in transforming experience into achievements,adhering to the combination of special audit and application,and exerting the role of improving archives management level through auditing.
