Problems and Improvement Measures of Archives Management Work of Grassroots Party Building
The role and significance of archives management work of grassroots party building are discussed firstly,that is,strengthening standardization of party member management effectively,providing reference for decision-making of party building work,and improving scientificity and comprehensiveness of choosing and investigating party member cadres.Thus,corresponding problems are analyzed,which are mainly about weak consciousness,backward mechanism,inadequate team training and unconspicuous industry characteristics.Four specific measures to strengthen the archives management work of grassroots party building are proposed at last:effective improvement of consciousness,establishment and optimization of management system,training of high quality team and construction and improvement of information system.
