Research on the Digital Strategy of Traditional Archives in Colleges and Universities Under the Background of Digital Transformation
The information age and economic and social development have given birth to new recording forms and management methods of archives,and archival work is facing great challenges in transforming from traditional archival carrier management to digital management.From the perspective of smart campus construction,the need for high-quality development of college archives and the modernization of archives governance capabilities,the significance of the digitization of traditional paper archives is proposed.Taking the Archives of Liaoning Normal University as an example,this paper summarizes the achievements of archives digitization work in the utilization and management of archives,analyzes the problems in the digitization of paper archives in universities from the aspects of top-level design,digitization preprocessing,achievement quality inspection and talent support,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
