针对目前科学数据归档率低的问题,利用电子实验记录规范数据格式,实现数据的可追溯性,通过科研项目数据过程管理模块实现云存储、元数据管理、权限控制等功能,以项目为单位建立数据存储体系,以元数据作为关键引擎建立科学数据生命周期管理信息平台,对科学数据进行了系统化管理,提高了科学数据归档率、准确率和利用率.
Research on High-efficiency Filing of Scientific Data Based on Digitization
To solve the problem of low filing rate of scientific data,The electronic laboratory notebooks are used to standardize data format in this paper to realize the traceability of data.The functions of cloud storage,metadata management and authority control are realized through the data process management module of scientific research projects.The data storage system is established by taking project as the unit,and the life cycle management information platform of scientific research data is established with metadata as the key engine,which systematically manages scientific data and improves the filing rate,accuracy and utilization rate of scientific data.
