Research on Hospital Archives Information Services Based on Analysis of User Utilization Behavior
The service of hospital archives is at a transitional stage at present,and the research on user utilization behavior is of great significance.This paper discusses the current challenges faced by hospital archives information services from the perspective of user utilization behavior,which include lagging behind in archives informatization,low level of resources development,backwardness in openness,and lack of a professional archives information interactive platform.Then it proposes four optimization strategies:information construction,resources development,promoting openness,and constructing a platform,to ensure the transformation and upgrading of hospital archives information services.
