Path Design of the Digital Transformation of the Archives of Major Events
The archives of major events are an important part of national archival resources.The archives management department has paid more and more attention to the management of major event archives.In order to improve the efficiency of archival work,the paper designs the path of the digital transformation of major event archives,analyzes the meaning of major event archives and the significance of major event archival work,constructs the major event archival work system from the macro and micro perspectives,analyzes the main problems existing in the current major event archival work according to the work significance and work system,and summarizes them as follows:large differences in the facilities and environment of archives,low utilization rate of archives and imperfect relevant systems of digital archives.In view of these problems,this paper analyzes the contents of the digital transformation of major event archival work,and based on this,designs the digital transformation path of major event archival work from the perspective of transition from traditional management to green management,realization of being human-driven,improvement of technological innovation efficiency and innovation process.
