Application of Block Chain Technology in Hospital Personnel Archives Management
Block chain has the characteristics of distributed storage,being non-tamperable,traceability,etc.,which provides technical guarantee for avoiding data loss,preventing content tampering,guaranteeing security and trustworthiness,and has relevance to the management of hospital personnel archives.The paper proposes the implementation strategy of block chain application in hospital personnel archives management from three aspects:optimizing the institutional system,integrating newly emerging technologies,and cultivating composite block chain talents,and analyzes the application value of block chain technology in hospital personnel archives management,including recording the whole work cycle,realizing the business collaborative specification,and continuously promoting the application scenarios.
