Countermeasures of Underground Pipeline Archives Management Under the Background of Smart City Construction
With the rapid development of cities,the archives management of underground pipeline,as an important part of urban infrastructure,is particularly critical.However,the underground pipeline archives management is faced with many problems,such as data dispersion,incomplete archiving and lack of laws and regulations.In order to deal with these problems,this paper puts forward a series of effective countermeasures,including establishing digital archives system,strengthening the formulation of laws and regulations,laying emphasis on personnel training,and strengthening organization and coordination.It is especially emphasized to strengthen the attention of participating units and management to archives management and the cultivation of legal concept.It is believed that the improvement of underground pipeline archives management will provide strong powerful support for the construction of smart cities and ensure the sustainable development and intelligentization process of urban infrastructure.
