摘要
建设区域性档案智库在完善中国特色新型智库体系、发展我国档案事业、提升国家治理能力等方面都有较强的现实意义.研究结合实例,从现有政策、建设意义、国家治理的角度分析区域性档案智库建设的现实需求,在分析基础上总结出了区域性档案智库建设具备的三项优势:政策优势、资源优势和自主优势,并据此提出区域性档案智库建设应该遵循的四条策略:贯彻国家治理理念、深度掌握区域情况、筑牢智库建设根基、强化协同合作能力,以期为区域性档案智库建设提供一定的思路借鉴.
Abstract
The construction of regional archival think tanks is of great practical significance in improving the new think tank system with Chinese characteristics,developing Chinese archives industry,and improving national governance capabilities.Combined with practical cases,the paper analyzes the actual needs of regional archival think tank construction from the perspective of existing policies,construction significance and national governance.Based on the analysis,it summarizes three advantages of regional archival think tank construction:policy advantage,resource advantage and autonomy advantage.Based on this,four strategies are proposed that should be followed in the construction of regional archival think tanks:implementing the concept of national governance,tightly grasping the regional situation,building a solid foundation for think tank construction,and strengthening coordination capabilities,in order to provide certain reference for the construction of regional archival think tanks.
