Impact of the"Information Cocoon"Phenomenon on Archivists and the"Cocoon Breaking"Path
To prevent archivists from being negatively impacted by the"information cocoon"phenomenon,this paper analyzes the reasons for its emergence and proposes corresponding"cocoon-breaking"strategy.With archivists as the study subject,it employs the literature review and content analysis approaches to analyze the reasons for the formation of"information cocoon"from multiple perspectives,such as work environment,information access channels,work content,job burnout and information literacy.It also analyzes the negative impact of this phenomenon and ultimately,based on these findings,the paper proposes corresponding strategies for archivists to crack the negative effects of"information cocoon",which is conducive to enhancing their information access and processing capabilities and is of certain theoretical significance in helping archivists break free from the influence of"information cocoon".
