摘要
随着数字政府建设的全面推进,我国大多数省、市的地方政府数据开放平台建设初具规模,信息化程度较高的省、市其开放数据的数量已经达到以亿为单位计算,基本具备在全国范围内搭建基于地方政府开放数据的大数据资政平台的基础条件,基于地方政府开放数据的大数据资政平台可以对海量的政务信息进行数据分析与挖掘,建立不同的业务模型进行分析,将分析结果以各种形式进行展示,形成资政建议,为政府部门决策提供依据.
Abstract
With the comprehensive promotion of the construction of digital government,the construction of open data platform in local governments of most provinces and cities in China has begun to take shape.The number of open data in provinces and cities with a high degree of informatization is calculated in unit of millions,and they basically have the basic conditions to build a big data supporting politics platform based on the open data of local governments nationwide.The big data supporting politics platform based on the open data of local governments can analyze and excavate a large amount of government affairs information,establish different business models for analysis,display the analysis results in various forms of business intelligence to form suggestions to support politics,and provide a basis for decision making by government.
