数智时代的城建档案转型研究

党的二十大报告指出,要加快建设网络强国、数字中国..如何贯彻落实党的二十大精神,推动城建档案数字化、智能化管理,把握大势、主动作为、抢抓机遇,是需要深入探讨的问题.在此背景下,梳理了近期档案数智化建设相关政策,分析了城建档案数智化的发展现状和数智化转型的必要性,列举了各城市数智化转型的先进经验,以深圳为例对城建档案数智化转型进行了思考.
Abstract
The report of the Party's 20th National Congress points out that it is necessary to accelerate the construction of a strong network power and a digital China.How to implement the spirit of the Party's 20th National Congress,promote the digital and intelligent management of urban construction archives,grasp the general trend,take the initiative and seize opportunities is a problem that needs in-depth discussion.In this context,this paper reviews the recent policies related to the intelligent construction of archives,analyzes the development status quo of the digital and intelligent construction of urban archives and the necessity of the digital and intelligent transformation,lists the advanced experience of the digital and intelligent transformation of urban construction archives,and takes Shenzhen as an example to reflect on the digital and intelligent transformation of urban construction archives.
