知识保护背景下少数民族档案工作者角色重塑
Reshaping the Role of Ethnic Minority Archivists Under Knowledge Protection

摘要
结合少数民族档案工作能够拓展本地少数民族知识与文化传播渠道,解决档案工作服务少数民族治理问题与攻破少数民族档案保护现实困境的天然优势,提出少数民族档案工作者基于本地知识保护背景应承担起少数民族档案收集的主力军、少数民族档案数字转型的助力者、本地民族文化与主流文化对接的中转者的角色.
Abstract
Combined with the archival work of ethnic minorities,this paper can expand the channels of knowledge and culture transmission of local ethnic minorities.It is a natural advantage to solve the problems of archival work serving ethnic minority governance and to break the difficulties encountered in the reality of ethnic minority archives protection.Under the background of local knowledge protection,ethnic minority archivists should play the role of the main force of collecting ethnic minority archives,the driver of digital transformation of ethnic minority archives,and the intermediary of connecting local ethnic culture with mainstream culture.
