Research on the Optimization of Archival Information Resources Allocation Path from the Perspective of Mutualism Theory
The allocation of archival information resources in the new era adheres to the concept of serving social and economic development and letting the people share the new achievements of the development of archives, and encourages and calls for other social forces besides government to participate in and support the development of archives. It is imperative to develop an"open, symbiotic and collaborative"archival information resources allocation space by using the concept of"common concept, value co-creation and resources sharing".To make the model more lively and sustainable, organization empowerment, structure empowerment and field empowerment are used to further stimulate the development potential and development resilience of archival information resources allocation. The study finds that the goal-value mismatch,supply-demand mismatch, and requirement-capacity mismatch that occurred in the allocation of archival information resources in the past hinder the development of optimal allocation of archives information resources to a certain extent. After clarifying the pursuit for interests of all subjects and confirming the possibility of symbiosis among the subjects,a cooperative participation model of archival information resources allocation is established by using the theory of mutualism.
