摘要

本文主要对大数据时代进行简要叙述,分析大数据时代优化事业单位人事档案管理的意义,深层次探究事业单位人事档案管理现状,并以此为基准,提出人事档案管理的优化措施,以期提升人事档案管理效率,实现事业单位人事档案管理的优化.

Abstract

This paper briefly describes the era of big data,analyzes the significance of optimizing personnel archives management in public institutions in the era of big data,deeply explores the current situation of personnel archives management in public institutions,and based on this,proposes optimization measures for personnel archives management,in order to improve the efficiency of personnel archives management and achieve the innovation in personnel archives management in public institutions.
