Research on the Theoretical Logic and System Construction of Risk Prevention and Control of Digital Archives Project from the Perspective of Comprehensive Risk Management
As the task of digital archives project construction becomes increasingly heavy,risks of project construction ensue,and risk prevention becomes an important part of project management.In this study,the risk points in the early stage of digital archives project construction,in the project implementation process,in the project guarantee and other links are sorted out and the causes of the risks are analyzed.The theory of comprehensive risk management is employed to explore effective measures suitable for risk prevention and control of digital archives projects,and a risk prevention and control system of digital archives projects with full participation,whole-process prevention and control and full tool guarantee is constructed,which includes a risk prevention and control early warning system,organization system and action system.Thus,strategic reference for risk prevention and control of various digital archives projects at all levels is provided.
