档案管理工作的持续完善,是提升事业单位整体运行效率的重要举措之一,因此该项管理工作应当受到事业单位的重视.此次论述中,进一步明确了事业单位档案管理工作的实际价值,分析了该项工作中存在的问题,并针对问题的应对策略提出了建议.
Abstract
The continuous improvement of archives management is one of the important measures to improve the overall operation efficiency of public institutions,so this management work should be paid attention to by public institutions.In this paper,the actual value of archives management of public institutions is further clarified,the problems existing in the work are analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures for the problems are put forward.
