摘要
以邢台、唐山和张北三大地震研究为主题,对与其相关的馆藏科研成果资料进行编研,以便把"沉睡"的静态馆藏资料挖掘开发出来,把原本分散且无序存放在各处的资料集中化、系统化、条理化地编研在一起,作为更高级别的档案利用方式,成册供大家使用.这不仅可使借阅者少花时间、少费精力、高效查取所需地震研究资料信息,还可改变档案传统工作方式,提升档案主动服务意识和活力,促进我局档案管理工作不断向前发展.
Abstract
Taking the research on Xingtai,Tangshan and Zhangbei earthquakes as the theme,the paper compiles and studies the relevant collection of scientific research achievements,so as to excavate and develop the"sleeping"static collection materials,and compile the scattered and disorderly materials together in a centralized,systematic and organized way,which can be used as a higher-level archives utilization method for everyone to use.This can not only enable borrowers to spend less time and less energy and efficiently access the required seismic research materials and information,but also change the traditional working mode of archives,improve the awareness and vitality of archives initiative service,and promote the continuous development of archives management in our bureau.
