Data Privacy and Security:Challenges and Solutions in Archives Management
With the popularity of electronic archives in daily operations of organizations and individuals,data privacy and security issues have attracted increasing attention.This paper deeply explores various risks in electronic archives management,including privacy leak,cloud storage data leak,data corruption,etc.,and conducts a detailed analysis of the consequences of these risks.To address these challenges,this paper proposes a series of solution strategies,such as differential privacy technology,encryption and security storage strategy and access control and authentication mechanism.At the same time,it also points out the limitations of the current study and makes suggestions for future research.
