Construction of Archives Risk Prevention and Control System Based on High-quality Development of Enterprises
Preventing risks is the fundamental work of archives security,and implementing comprehensive risk management for enterprises and ensuring the safety of enterprise archives is an important task for sustainable and healthy development of archival work.Staring from the main aspects of enterprise archival work,responding to the high-quality development of enterprises,the paper analyzes and evaluates the major risks of regulation,strategy,resources,information etc.in the daily management of archives,and,in combination with the principles of risk prevention and control,carries out the prevention and control and governance of archives risks from three dimensions of regulation,process and system.It integrates the development philosophy of innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing to improve archives security guarantee,enhance archives governance ability,and build a reasonable and moderate risk prevention and control system.
