Discussion of Enterprise Digital Archives Security Management and Privacy Protection
With the acceleration of digitization,the security management and privacy protection of enterprise digital archives has become an urgent issue to be addressed.This paper first analyzes the definition of enterprise digital archives and their importance in modern business operation,and discusses the current security threats and main challenges for privacy protection facing digital archives.It then introduces in detail a series of security management strategies.Finally,through the analysis of case studies from different enterprises,the paper demonstrates the effectiveness of these measures in practical application and offers related improvement suggestions.The aim is to provide guidance for enterprises in digital archives security management and privacy protection,in order to meet the new changes and challenges of the digital age.
