The open audit of archives is one of the important tasks in carrying out archives utilization service,and increasing the intensity of archives open audit is an important task for archival departments in the new era.There are multiple difficulties in the opening audit of archives in the new era,manifested as weak team professional abilities and a shortage of versatile talents,the great difficulty in technological penetration and backward methods for opening audit of archives,the loose connection between open audit and government information disclosure and the weak collaborative relationship.In order to innovate the path of archives open audit in the new era,we must cultivate professional open audit personnel and enhance their skills,introduce modem information technology to improve the efficiency of archives open audit,build a multi-agent collaboration model to achieve collaboration between different business agents.
