Existing Problems and Countermeasures in Archives Management of Public Institutions
Archives management is an important part of the work of public institutions and the fundamental prerequisite for their smooth work.However,in the new era,some problems in the management of archives in public institutions has also been exposed,resulting in the failure to give full play to management functions,which is not conducive to promoting the good development of public institutions.In view of this,this paper starts with an overview on archives management in public institutions,analyzes the important significance and existing problems of archives management in public institutions,and then explores how to effectively solve archives management problems.
