Digital Management and Sharing Utilization Model of Archival Resources in State-owned Enterprises
In 2023,the National Archives Administration proposed to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and with achieving digital strategic transformation as the key,systematically plan and promote the modernization of archival work,and strive to build a powerful archival country suitable for a modem powerful socialist one.Taking Hunan Tobacco Company Zhuzhou City Company(hereinafter referred to as the Company)as an example,by investigating the current situation of archives management in state-owned enterprises,the paper analyzes existing problems,explores the appraisal and opening of digital archival resources and the construction of digital archives management process,deeply develops digital archival resources,improves the level of digital archives management in enterprises,and serves the modernization construction of enterprises.
