摘要
AI技术在档案工作中的应用主要聚焦在档案信息资源的开发利用方面,在档案整理方面较少.从整理难度较低、档案文本较为规范的文书档案入手,对文书档案的整理现状及整理要求进行了分析;基于文本深度学习等AI技术,对文书档案智能化整理进行了研究;通过数据准备与标签工作、文本预处理、文本向量化、文本分类模型构建与模型优化测试等方法,对文书档案智能化整理AI模型进行构建,实现文书档案的智能化整理.
Abstract
The application of AI technology in archival work mainly focuses on the development and utilization of archival information resources,and is less in archival arrangement.This paper starts with the document archives with low difficulty in arrangement and relatively standardized file text,analyzes the current situation and requirements of document archives arrangement.It studies the intelligent arrangement of document archives based on AI technologies such as text in-depth learning,and constructs the AI model of the intelligent arrangement of document archives through data preparation and label work,text preprocessing,text vectorization,text classification model construction,model optimization test and other implementation methods.
