摘要
做好数字档案馆建设,对于高校落实"数字中国"战略、全面贯彻落实"以人民为中心"发展思想有着十分重要的促进作用.但长期以来,囿于各种客观因素限制,高校数字档案馆建设取得的工作成效不多,同时存在建设思路不清晰、业务工作基础不扎实和配套措施不完备等常见问题.基于此,本文借鉴过程管理工作思路,以"PDCA"(全面质量管理)工作理念为导向,从构建规划过程、实施过程、控制过程、优化过程等维度提出了相应对策,为高校数字档案馆建设提供一定参考.
Abstract
Doing a good job in the construction of digital archives is of great promotion significance for universities to carry out the"Digital China"strategy and fully implement the"people-centered"development concept.However,due to various objective factors,the construction of digital archives in universities has not achieved much success for a long time.At the same time,there are common problems such as unclear construction idea,weak business foundation and incomplete supporting measures.Based on this,this paper draws inspiration from the process management work idea,guided by the"PDCA"(comprehensive quality management)work concept,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the dimensions of construction planning process,implementation process,control process,optimization process,etc.,providing certain reference for the construction of digital archives in universities.
