人工智能在我国档案管理中的应用风险与应对措施分析

随着数字化时代的到来,人工智能技术逐渐渗透到各个领域,档案管理也逐渐引入了人工智能技术.以此开展了文献资料研究和分析,首先从人工智能应用于档案管理的主要技术和在档案管理中的应用场景两个维度分析阐述了人工智能技术在我国档案管理中的应用现状,以及存在的安全问题,包括数据隐私泄露、数据篡改、数据丢失等方面.针对这些问题,文章提出了一些解决方法,包括制定人工智能应用安全指导规范,强化人工智能的安全理论研究和档案管理融合,注重人工智能实施安全重点等.
Abstract
With the advent of the digital age,artificial intelligence(AI)technology has gradually permeated various fields,including archival management.This paper conducts a literature review and analysis on this topic.Firstly,it analyzes and elaborates on the current application status of AI technology in archives management in China from two dimensions:the main technologies of AI in archives management and its application scenarios.The paper also highlights the existing security issues,including data privacy breaches,data tampering,and data loss.In response to these issues,several solutions are proposed,such as formulating security guidelines and standards for AI application,strengthening theoretical research on AI security,integrating archives management with AI,and emphasizing the implementation of AI with a focus on security.
