摘要
人事档案是国家档案资源的重要组成部分.人事档案管理不仅是基层单位人力资源管理的有效手段,而且在基层单位人才的合理使用和分配管理过程中发挥重要作用.文章分析了基层单位人事档案管理现状,提出了解决问题的思路和措施.
Abstract
Personnel archives are an important component of national archival resources.Personnel archives management is not only an effective means of human resource management in grass-roots units,but also plays an important role in the rational use and allocation management of talents in grass-roots units.The paper analyzes the current situation of personnel archives management in grass-roots units,and propose ideas and measures to solve the problems.
