摘要
本文旨在通过实地调研和调查问卷等方法,分析辽宁省医疗保险业务档案管理现状,剖析档案管理中存在的管理制度不完善、档案专业人员缺乏、档案管理水平参差不齐、档案信息化水平不高等问题,并提出强化档案管理制度建设、加强档案管理专业人才培养、提升专业人员水平与素质、推进档案信息化建设等建议,以期为辽宁省医疗保险业务档案管理工作的改进提供参考,提升档案管理工作的效率和水平.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of archives management of medical insurance business in Liaoning province through on-the-spot investigation and questionnaires,analyze the existing problems in archives management,such as imperfect management system,lack of archives professionals,uneven level of archives management and low level of archives informatization,and put forward some suggestions,such as strengthening the construction of archives management system,strengthening the cultivation of archives management professionals,improving the level and quality of professionals,and promoting the construction of archives informatization,so as to provide reference for the improvement of archives management of medical insurance business in Liaoning province and enhance the efficiency and level of archives management.
