Research and Practice on Quality Control Methods for Archives Filing in Government Agencies
With the deepening of the construction of the archives resources system,the quality of archives filing has received widespread attention.The quality of archives filing determines the work of archives storage,archives management,archives digitization and archives information development and utilization.How to improve the filing quality of government agency archives has become a problem that archival workers have to study and solve.In years of archives management practice,the author starts from three aspects of pre-intervention,in-process control,and result acceptance,conducts in-depth research and work practice on how to flexibly use the SDCA cycle management mode to strengthen the implementation of government agency archival work standards and improve the quality of government agency archives filing,exploring a new path for doing a good job in government agency archives management in the new situation.
