摘要
以实物档案业务流程的规范化管理为切入点,从国家综合档案馆的视角,分析覆盖实物档案在立档单位中从形成、收集、整理、移交的前端流程,到档案馆接收、清点、消毒、保管、利用等业务流程的现状及存在的问题,探究实物档案规范化管理的路径,为国家综合档案馆基于生命周期理论开展实物档案规范化管理提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
Taking the standardized management of the business process of physical archives as an entry point,from the perspective of the national comprehensive archives,the paper analyzes the status quo and problems covering the front-end process of forming,collecting,arranging and handing over of physical archives in the filing units to the business process of accepting,inventorying,disinfecting,storing and utilizing of the archives,and explores the path of the standardized management of physical archives,so as to provide reference for the national comprehensive archives to carry out the standardized management of physical archives based on the theory of life cycle.
