摘要

事业单位人事档案管理工作对于单位人力资源管理工作的创新、档案资源的开发应用具有极其重要的作用.在事业单位的发展实践中,应多角度提升档案管理水平,实现对档案资源的系统开发,使人事档案资源真正为事业单位综合管理工作服务.本文从事业单位人事档案管理入手,对提升档案管理规范化水平的措施进行了深度探究,希望能改善人事档案管理效能,促进对档案资源的合理化开发和利用.

Abstract

The management of personnel archives in public institutions plays an extremely important role in the innovation of human resources management and the development and application of archival resources.In the development practice of public institutions,the level of archives management should be improved from multiple perspectives to ensure the systematic development of archival resources,so that personnel archival resources can truly serve the comprehensive management of public institutions.This paper starts with the management of personnel archives in public institutions and explores deeply the measures to improve the standardization level of archives management,hoping to improve the efficiency of personnel archives management and promote the rational development and utilization of archival resources.
