Abstract
The management of archives in public institutions is the foundation and guarantee for the implementation of various management work.It plays an important role in improving the work efficiency and improving the work style of public institutions.This paper analyzes the new situation faced by the archives management work of public institutions,identifies the new problems existing in the current archives management work,and proposes targeted solutions.
