Dimension Research on Archives Informatization Construction in Local Universities from the Perspective of Quality Control
The construction of archives informatization can't be done at once,when the quality of informatization construction at each stage not only affects the use efficiency of the informatized products at the present stage,but also affects the development of informatization construction in the next stage.This paper mainly expounds the content and methods of quality control of archives informatization construction in local universities from the three dimensions of objectives,elements and working methods.It points out that the archives informatization construction in local universities should first clarify objectives and tasks,and focus on improving the quality of archives information resources and archives management application system construction in the digitization process in combination with the existing working conditions,so as to lay a solid foundation for the next stage of informatization construction,and promote the local university archives informatization construction to achieve efficient and high-quality results.
