在对科研保密单位和数字化外包公司开展大量的咨询和实地调研基础上,总结科研保密单位数字化加工所需要的人员、设备和各项资源条件,数字化加工过程、现状,以及数字化外包公司市场情况,并对科研保密单位数字化外包可行性和各项风险进行深入分析,旨在为各单位数字化工作提供有效借鉴.
Abstract
On the basis of a large number of consultations and field investigations on confidential scientific research departments and digital outsourcing companies,the personnel,equipment and resources required for digital processing of confidential scientific research departments,the digital processing process,the current situation and the market situation of digital outsourcing companies are summarized,and in-depth analysis is conducted in the feasibility and risks of digital outsourcing of confidential scientific research departments.The aim is to provide effective reference for the digitization work of the departments.
