摘要
当今,随着企业的高速发展和信息化技术应用,各类纸质和电子文件呈几何级数增长.由于其特殊性,企业形成的相当一部分文件涉及国家秘密或商业秘密(对这类文件以下统称"涉密文件资料"),需要进行更加严格的管理.为确保涉密文件资料管理安全有效,在落实各方责任的前提下,进行利用信息化手段加强对涉密文件资料的全生命周期管理的研究,并提出解决思路与措施.
Abstract
Nowadays,with the rapid development of enterprises and the application of information technology,various types of paper and electronic documents show a geometric growth.Because of its particularity,a large part of enterprise documents are involved in state secrets or business secrets(hereinafter referred to as confidential documents),and need to be managed more strictly.In order to ensure the security and effectiveness of confidential documents and materials management,on the premise of carrying out the responsibilities of all parties,the research on strengthening the management of the whole life cycle of confidential documents and materials by means of information technology is carried out,and the solutions and measures are put forward.
